Author, entrepreneur, swimsuit model, and TV host, Martha Stewart is a self-proclaimed perfectionist in all aspects of her life. So it comes as no surprise that she’s somewhat particular about her daily routines. And even though attaining her state of perfection may be nearly impossible, we’ve found 23 products for beauty, home, kitchen, and patio and garden that Martha Stewart says she can’t live without.

Beauty and Skincare Routines

Face Mask: Martha’s facialist revealed she uses  Mario Badescu Collagen Mask. It improves imperfections and hydrates your complexion — so start using it now, if you want to look that good at 83.

Soap: To go along with the mask, the icon uses Mario Badescu A.H.A. Botanical Body Soap for both body and face. It scrubs away dead skin while invigorating the skin, which is something we could all use.

Highlighter: Glow like Martha with L’Oréal True Match Lumi Glotion. According to InStyle, her makeup artist Daisy Toye said she not only used it for her iconic 2023 Sports Illustrated cover, but she still uses it regularly.

Serum: Bioeffect EFC Day Serum is one of the things that Martha’s site lists from her skincare routine. It can be used daily to combat signs of aging (like fine lines and wrinkles).

Sunscreen: Martha’s site also has an article on what’s in her makeup bag. First and foremost, the lifestyle queen uses sunscreen daily,  and her go-to is Supergoop! Glowscreen SPF 40.

Eyeshadow: Martha uses Merit’s Solo Shadow Matte Eye Color in Vachetta because it’s something simple yet beneficial.  It adds some simple color in her creases and contains antioxidants and peptides.

Mascara: Her current go-to is Ilia Limitless Lash Mascara, which is gentle yet illuminating, and it’s currently an Amazon best-seller. She  never leaves the house without mascara.

At-Home Must-Haves

Sheets: It’s a good thing Martha likes her own products! The TV star listed Martha Stewart Cotton Sheets as one of nine things she can’t live without. They’re soft, durable, and come in a variety of colors, to match every room in the house.

Smart Frame: Stay connected to loved ones using the Samsung Music Frame. She says it shows an ongoing montage of your favorite photos, while playing your choice of music in the background. Cute!

Vacuum: It comes as no surprise a clean home is at the top of Martha’s priorities. She praises the Bissell OmniForce cordless vacuum because it combines a vacuum and mop, making it easy to clean up any kind of mess.

Rug: Adding a little flair to your living space is essential. She created the gorgeous Rosette rug in a collab with Chilewich.

Candles: While we all would have imagined Martha’s house smelling like patchouli and vanilla, it turns out she actually prefers unscented beeswax candles. In an interview with the Chicago Tribune, she listed it as an item she can’t live without.

Kitchen Staples

Kitchen Knives: Of course, as a former caterer and a professional chef, knives are an important part of Martha’s life. Martha likes Amazon best-selling Henckles Knives and considers them a go-to gift.

Dutch Oven: Martha uses her Martha Stewart Enamel Cast Iron Dutch Oven for stews, soups and even breads. With 19 colors, you can leave it out as a decorative item when you’re not cooking..

It’s so versatile and very easy to clean

French Press: As a working woman, Martha likes her coffee. Her favorite brewing method is a French press she specifically likes the beautiful Bodum Chambord French Press because “it makes a nice cup of coffee.”

Juicer: Martha uses a Breville 3X Bluicer Pro, which is both a blender and a juicer, to make green juices at home.

Cake Stand: Whether she’s hosting a birthday party or simply leaving out pastries for her family, Martha’s vintage-inspired Highbrook Jadeite Glass Cake Stand from her Amazon line is absolutely gorgeous. According to Tasting Table she’s personally endorsed it — so you know it isn’t just something that was produced with her name on it.

Standing Mixer: As you probably imagined, Martha has a classic Kitchen Aid Artisan 5 Quart stand mixer. It’s her her go-to and as an avid baker, it makes total sense. It comes in 23 styles, and can be used for batters and doughs of all kinds.

Outdoor Essentials

Pruners: Whether she’s cutting back unruly vines or trimming flower stems, Martha swears by Okatsune pruners. She likes them because they’re made from fine Japanese steel and can cut through branches up to an inch thick.

Hand Hoe: Martha said that her most prized gardening tool is QVC’s Garden Weeding Hand Tool. She first discovered the hand hoe in 1980 during a trip to Japan.

Gardening Knife: Knives aren’t only for the kitchen. She uses a Hori Hori Knife, because it can be used for digging, cutting weed stems, and more.

Potting Soil: After building raised garden beds, she and her team used Miracle-Gro Raised Bed & Garden Soil to help with a pest problem. It’s peat-free and comes with local, quick-release fertilizer to make a healthy environment for veggies.
