Ashley Iaconnetti is breaking down her earnings from multiple appearances on Bachelor in Paradise.
In a Wednesday, March 5, Instagram Story Q&A, Ashley, 37, was asked, “How much do you really get paid when you go on reality TV?” The Bachelor Nation alum replied, “It depends on the reality show of course. I never negotiated for more. I’m just happy to be here!”
In her experience, Ashley claimed she “got paid $400 a day for Paradise each season. You don’t get paid as one of the girls on The Bachelor.”
Bachelor Nation met Ashley when she appeared on Chris Soules’ season 19 of The Bachelor. After Chris, now 43, sent her packing, Ashley appeared on The Bachelor Winter Games in 2018 and seasons 2 and 3 of Bachelor in Paradise.

During her first stint on the beaches of Mexico, Ashley met Jared Haibon — but their romance didn’t pan out in season 2 or when they tried things again in season 3.
“I remember walking down the steps in Paradise and seeing him at the bar, and it was the weirdest feeling. I was just so gravitated and drawn to him. It was truly love at first sight,” she recalled in 2018 on “The Story of Us.”
In May 2018, the pair confirmed that they rekindled when they released their “Story of Us” video. Haibon, who “never felt like it was over” between him and Ashley after Bachelor in Paradise, gave her a love letter.
“I was scream-crying basically alone in my apartment reading that just sobbing and sobbing. He’s written me other letters and filled my apartment with flowers. He tells me every day that he’s the luckiest man alive,” she recalled in the video, to which Haibon added, “I’m living proof that you should listen to your gut, and that it’s not too late. The person I wanted to be with most was right in front of my eyes.”

One month later, Jared popped the question to Ashley during a guest appearance on Bachelor in Paradise season 5.
“He did the best job. He sounded wonderful. Every girl is going to be like, ‘Wow, I want Jared even more,’” she gushed to Us Weekly about the moment. “We don’t even notice when cameras are there. The cameras are so far away. It did not feel like they were part of our engagement.”
Ashley and Jared, 36, tied the knot in 2019 and went on to welcome sons Dawson and Hayden in 2022 and 2024, respectively.
While celebrating their fifth wedding anniversary one month after welcoming Hayden, Ashley shared a sweet Instagram video from her and Jared’s wedding before cutting to them sitting on grass with their two kids. She wrote, “It was once a fairy tale and now it’s co-ed softball Sundays.”
