Bethenny Frankel’s experience trying a THC-infused cocktail alternative turned into a wild ride.
“So, I didn’t read the bottle and now I’m hearing from you guys that a serving is one and a half ounces — and I had eight to 10,” Frankel, 54, said in a Tuesday, March 11, TikTok video. “I had, like, four servings of … the alcohol alternatives. I had four servings on the first try. Yeah, welcome. This could be fun.”
Frankel also captioned her upload, “Ruh Roh.”
Several hours earlier, Frankel had given her review of a Nowadays product, which is advertised as a cannabis-infused alternative to drinking alcohol.
“I believe they have cans, I don’t know, but this is a gorgeous bottle and an alternative way to serve this,” Frankel began her video. “It’s giving, like, ready-to-drink cocktail. Welcome, let’s see. … The packaging makes it seem like we’re mimicking the alcohol, but I hear that it’s got a sweetness to it. I don’t know if this is a full-service drink or you mix it with something.”
After pouring the beverage into a crystal tumbler, Frankel proclaimed it had both a “nice” aroma and taste.

“Lovely,” she gushed after taking a sip. “It’s giving a better-tasting coconut water. Wow, what the hell are you having here? Divine!”
In Frankel’s time-lapse video, she offered an update later that night once she finished her THC-infused drink.

“Definitely glazed,” she quipped. “I mean, I was thirsty as one is — and I housed it. So, if there are any more updates, I’ll update you, but I’m glazed. I’m ready to take a bath, wash the face, get in my pajamas and peace the F out.”
The Real Housewives of New York City alum later said that the entire experience was “wonderful” and “made me very deeply relax.”
“It made me very deeply, deeply relax in a way that I don’t [and] for longer than I do,” Frankel explained. “No obsessing, just like a deep meditative relaxation in the bath where I wasn’t itching to get out. Immediately yes.”
Frankel, whose Skinnygirl brand produces a line of ready-to-drink alcoholic cocktails, later blamed her coworker Danielle for how she was feeling.
“This is all Danielle’s fault,” Frankel quipped in a follow-up TikTok video. “Last week, I saw this product and I said to her, ‘Is it mimicking the alcohol or is it a ready-to-drink like Skinnygirl?’ She was like, ‘It’s got a flavor like a cocktail.’ I just poured it over ice like one does and pounded it. In fact, you’re not supposed to have a whole glass [but] a shot.”
