Years after their rocky divorce, Christina Haack and Ant Anstead are sharing their coparenting progress.
After acting as a judge on her new HGTV show, The Flip Off, Ant and Christina are continuing to share their newly found friendship.
Alongside a photo of the two of them with their 5-year-old son, Hudson, they praised him to his hard work.
“Our little gentleman CRUSHED his school performance this morning 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼🥰 He’s thriving x,” Ant wrote.
“Sweetest boy,” Christina added in the comments.
Fans applauded Christina and Ant for putting their differences aside and putting the wellbeing of their son first.
“Love this picture! Hudson looks so happy to have both his parents there with him,” one commenter wrote.
“Love to see this co-parenting success & the reconnection you made. Seeing new respect thru the FLIP show,” another added.
“Aww, I love this so much for all of you! What a great example you’re setting for your children,” shared another.
During the February 19 episode of The Flip Off, Christina addressed their rocky relationship, saying, “Ant and I split up when Hudson was 1 and now he is 5. Between the time of his first birthday and fifth, we did not communicate a lot.”
She then shared how she and Ant ended up reconnecting.
“After Josh and I split up, I went over to his house to pick up Hudson and he gave me a huge hug. We hadn’t hugged in years and he said, ‘I am so sorry for everything you are going through and I am here for you no matter what you need,’” Christina shared.
“It was a very nice moment and we had a very long talk after. We decided to put all the BS aside and be good co-parents.”
While acting as a judge, Ant told Christina, “You and I will be connected forever because we have a child so ultimately I have to stand by the mother of my kid.”
