Sean “Diddy” Combs has been accused of forcing two women into “group sex” and directing a club promoter to rape one of them in the late ‘80s and ‘90s.

In two lawsuits filed with the Supreme Court of the State of New York on Tuesday, February 4, Combs, 55, was the subject of multiple sexual assault claims made by two anonymous Jane Does — one, a former bottle service attendant now living in New York City, and the second, a woman based in California.

Among the latest allegations against Diddy, who is currently incarcerated in Brooklyn’s Metropolitan Detention Centre on charges of sex trafficking and racketeering as he awaits his trial on May 5, is the accusation of “forcing” both women to “participate in group sex activity” after allegedly being “drugged.”

A legal representative for Diddy addressed the claims in a statement to Us Weekly on Tuesday evening. “Mr. Combs cannot respond to every new publicity stunt, even in response to claims that are facially ridiculous or demonstrably false. Mr. Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts and the integrity of the judicial process. In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone—man or woman, adult or minor,” the statement read.

The first lawsuit detailed the claims of a woman who appeared in “numerous music videos for various hip-hop artists.” She alleged that she attended a party at Diddy’s Hamptons home in 1997 after being promised $2,000 to work as a bottle service attendant.

At the alleged party, the woman, among other women in attendance, were given “black dresses” to wear as Diddy “gave her a drink … apparently laced with a drug,” before she was allegedly “repeatedly raped” by Diddy’s associates, “at … Combs’ direction.”

The first woman also claimed that in a separate incident, she was allegedly taken by Diddy and his security guard to the Trump Hotel in Manhattan where she claimed to have been “drugged, and forced to participate in group-sex activity during which she [was] sexually assaulted over the next several hours.” It was during this occasion that the woman alleged she was raped by “a club promoter at Combs’ direction, while Combs observed.”

In the second lawsuit, the Californian-based woman who was an “active member of New York’s hip-hop industry from the 1980s onwards” and also appeared in multiple music videos in addition to “having roles in major motion pictures,” alleged that “Combs drugged” her, “prohibited her from leaving, and forced her to have sex with others while he watched.”

Further details within the second lawsuit claim that the woman attended a “private shadow party” hosted by Diddy in the 1990s where she “began to feel as if she had been drugged.”
