Emily Osment was feeling familial love after finalizing her divorce from Jack Anthony.
The actress was spotted hanging out with her older brother, Haley Joel Osment, shortly after she and Anthony, 42, settled their split on Monday, March 10. The brother-sister duo grabbed lunch together in Studio City, California, on what also happened to be Emily’s 33rd birthday.
Emily kept things comfy for the outing by sporting a white tank top, white puffer jacket, leopard-print biker shorts and sneakers. She completed her look with a baseball hat, sunglasses and a sling bag. Haley, for his part, donned a Los Angeles Dodgers baseball hat and T-shirt, which he wore with navy shorts and flip-flops.
News broke earlier this month that Emily filed for divorce from Anthony after five months of marriage. According to court docs obtained by TMZ, which were filed on Friday, March 7, the Georgie & Mandy’s First Marriage star listed their date of separation as December 7, 2024, and cited irreconcilable differences as the reason for their split.
The outlet reported that the exes, who did not share any children, signed a prenup before their October 2024 wedding.
Emily reportedly met Anthony in 2021, though the pair kept their relationship low-key until announcing their engagement via Instagram in June 2023. “This magical, beautiful, kaleidoscope of a person asked me to marry him this weekend. I did not know life could be this sweet or I could ever be this deliriously happy,” Emily wrote in a since-deleted post.

She continued, “I am so proud of the life we have built together and the people we have become over the last few years. This love is so big and so uniquely ours and I know it can do anything. I am so honored to stand next to you every day. I love you, Jack.”
During a November 2024 appearance on The Drew Barrymore Show, Emily revealed that Haley served as one of Anthony’s groomsmen. “It was really cute,” she gushed at the time. “I loved being able to sort of have him support me in that way, to support both of us in that way. He just nailed it.”

On Monday, TMZ reported that Emily filed her and Anthony’s divorce settlement papers. She has not addressed the split via social media, but she reposted birthday tributes from family and friends via her Instagram Story that same day. (Us Weekly reached out to Emily’s rep for comment at the time.)
Before marrying Anthony, Emily was romantically linked to a handful of famous faces over the years, including Jimmy Tatro, Nathan Keyes and Tony Oller. Emily scored her first big role as Gerti Giggles in 2002’s Spy Kids 2: Island of Lost Dreams before making her Disney Channel debut on Hannah Montana in 2006. She has gone on to star in TV shows and movies such as Cyber Bully, Cleaners, Young & Hungry, Almost Family, Pretty Smart and Family Guy.

She played Mandy McAllister on the final three seasons of The Big Bang Theory prequel series, Young Sheldon, from 2022 to 2024. The spinoff centering around her character and Montana Jordan’s Georgie Cooper, Georgie & Mandy’s First Marriage, premiered on CBS in October 2024.
