Hailey Bieber Considering Legal Action Over Viral TikTok Series

Hailey Bieber is considering legal options against internet trolls, Us Weekly can confirm.

TMZ, who was the first to break the news, reported that Bieber, 28, is exploring taking legal action after haters tried to portray her as a bully and a stalker in a series of viral new TikTok videos. The clips imply that Hailey was keeping tabs on now-husband Justin Bieber years before they were married and allege that she’s copied his ex-girlfriend Selena Gomez over the years.

The outlet noted that Hailey may hire an attorney, noting that she has reportedly reached out to lawyer Lisa Moore, as the online narratives have reportedly been fabricated to make her look bad.

While Hailey has previously not wanted to give her haters any of her time, TMZ reported that her mindset has shifted since becoming a mom. (Hailey and Justin welcomed son Jack Blues in August 2024.)

Earlier this month, Hailey was accused of allegedly supporting a mean comment about Gomez and her fiancé, Benny Blanco. Gomez announced her engagement to Blanco, 37, in December 2024, which Hailey supported with a “like.”)

Hailey’s rep, however, denied that she “liked” the comment mocking Gomez and Blanco. (Us reached out to the couple’s rep for comment at the time.)

Despite Hailey and Justin denying any relationship overlap, the couple has been met with backlash from Gomez’s fans over their romance for years.

“It’s hard for me to talk about this because I don’t want to talk on either one of their behalf because it was their relationship,” Hailey said on the “Call Her Daddy” podcast in September 2022. “I honestly respect that very deeply, but I just know what was going on when we got back together. And I know what had to happen for that to come back together in a healthy way, and I think it was the most healthy, mature decision that he could have made and I respect that.”

No one should have to experience hate or bullying. I’ve always advocated for kindness and really want this all to stop.”

Hailey revealed via her Instagram Story days later that she and the Only Murders in the Building star had been “discussing [over] the last few weeks how to move past this ongoing narrative.”

“The last few weeks have been very hard for everyone involved and millions of people are seeing so much hate around this which is extremely harmful,” Hailey added. “While social media is an incredible way to connect and build community, moments like this only create extreme division instead of bringing people together.”
