UPDATE 2/18/25 at 12:40 p.m. ETKim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann’s Georgia home is officially off the market.

The estranged spouses sold their home for $2.75 million on January 3, according to the property’s Zillow page. The selling price is nearly $4 million less than the $6 million the home was originally listed for back in October 2023.

Though they didn’t get their initial asking price for the home, $2.75 million is more than the $880,000 the pair paid for the house back in 2012. The January sale comes one month after the home went up for public auction. It is unknown whether the sale was made through Fulton County.

The news comes after new details into Zolciak, 46, and Biermann’s ongoing divorce came to light earlier on Tuesday. According to a report from the Milton Police Department and obtained by TMZ, authorities responded to a domestic violence call on Wednesday, November 27, from their Georgia home. The report claimed that Zolciak said Biermann became physical in front of the pair’s children. The estranged couple share sons KJ, 13, Kash, 12, and twins Kaia and Kane, both 11, and Biermann also adopted Zolciak’s daughters Brielle, 27, and Ariana, 23, from a previous relationship. It is unclear which children allegedly witnessed an altercation between their parents.

She also alleged that the former football player physically removed her from the ladder and threw her to the ground.
