Kristin Cavallari has finally sold her Nashville home — and she’s made quite a chunk of change as a result.
Us Weekly can confirm that Cavallari sold her Nashville-area home for $7.5 million. Her and ex-husband Jay Cutler originally bought the house for $3 million, which means the reality TV star is walking away with a $4.5 million profit.
Cavallari initially listed the Franklin, Tennessee, 28-acre estate at $11 million before cutting the price down to $8.9 million. The home boasts four bedrooms and five bathrooms and 6,799 feet of living space. A spacious and newly remodeled kitchen – complete with state-of-the art appliances and a walk-in pantry – is perfect for entertaining, while the living room with custom built-ins and a wood-burning fireplace makes the main living space a cozy and relaxing atmosphere.
In 2022, Cavallari told My Domaine she spent a significant amount of time renovating the home after buying it. “I am really thankful because this is the first house I’ve ever lived in that is exactly what I wanted aesthetically,” she said at the time. “This is the first time I can truly say I really love my house.”
She added, “I walked in and knew immediately that it was my house. It was the energy more than anything. It’s like it was calling my name. Had I waited a month, I never would have gotten it because that’s when everyone started moving out here. To this day, I thank my lucky stars that it all worked out. Honestly, it was like everything just aligned for me.”
Cavallari added that the house had plenty of space for her three children — sons Camden, 12, and Jaxon, 10, and daughter Saylor, 9 — to roam freely outside.
“I feel very lucky,” she explained. “They are outside playing all day; it’s almost like an old-school way of raising kids. To have bees and honey and a chicken coop makes me so happy. Plus, teaching your kids life skills like that is neat. For my kids to be able to go out to our coop and get eggs is a really cool way to grow up — and very different than how I grew up.”
In October 2024, Cavallari revealed she and her children had moved into a new home while remaining in the area. “I am currently sitting in my half-empty kitchen, but actually there’s just boxes stacked everywhere,” she shared on her “Let’s Be Honest” podcast at the time. “Just moved into my new house a couple days ago.”
