While Super Bowl LII ended up giving now-retired Philadelphia Eagles star Jason Kelce his first and only Lombardi Trophy, his wife, Kylie Kelce, doesn’t have many memories from the big day.

“Jason and I were due to be married the following April after Minnesota. We jokingly call it his ‘two-ring season,’” Kylie, 32, recalled on the Thursday, February 6, episode of her “Not Gonna Lie” podcast. “The first ring a week into preseason when he proposed and then he got a ring at the end of the season at the Super Bowl. Then, we both got rings in April [and] it was lovely.”

Jason, who retired in 2024, and the Eagles beat the New England Patriots 41-33 during the big game in February 2018. Kylie, meanwhile, joked on Thursday that she doesn’t remember any of the details of the NFL championship.

“I remember trying my best to manage all of the things around our first Super Bowl because it is as if you’re flying blind,” she said. “It’s much easier now to know what happens even if they’re not sticking to the same timelines or the same number of passes or the same ticket expectations. All of that is more easily managed because you’ve done it before.”

The Sweet Way Kylie Kelce Daughters Will Support Travis Super Bowl Run

Courtesy of Kylie Kelce/Instagram With another Chiefs vs. Eagles Super Bowl on the horizon, there’s no question who Kylie Kelce will be rooting for — but this year, her daughters are getting involved. Kylie, 32, revealed during the Thursday, January 30, episode of her “Not Gonna Lie” podcast that she was at the NFC Championship […]

Kylie doesn’t recall how she and Jason, now 37, managed ticket requests, hotel arrangements, sideline pass distribution — or the game itself.

“I would love to tell you [my favorite moment from the game], but I blacked out,” Kylie quipped. “By ‘blacked out,’ I do not mean that I was intoxicated [but] I mean, genuinely blacked out.”

According to Kylie, she only remembers that the Kelce crew was seated “directly behind” former Eagles tight end Brent Celek.

“When it got down to the wire, I was getting texts from all these people saying that they were already waiting in the family corral,” she said, referring to the area in the tunnel for the families to gather before meeting the winning athletes on the field. “If it’s a tight game, you don’t know if your corral is going to be let onto the field.”

Kylie continued, “My superstitious ass couldn’t leave my seat until I was absolutely certain that we were going to be entering the field. So, naturally, Mrs. Celek, who was sitting in front of me, was like, ‘Are you going to go?’ when there was a 2-minute warning. I just remember saying to her, ‘I can’t leave my seat.’”

The second the clock ran down and the Eagles won, Kylie did a “full sprint” through the stadium to celebrate with Jason on the field.

“I do remember meeting up with him and then taking him to the corner so that he could wave to where our family was sitting,” the field hockey coach added, referring to their respective parents and siblings, including Jason’s brother, Travis Kelce. “[It] was really special ’cause our families do not get to be all in one place very often. It was so cool to come together for that, and it ended up being a celebration.”

Kylie also felt ecstatic to honor Jason’s Super Bowl win alongside their entire family.

“I do remember the very end of the celebration, but everything else is a black hole,” Kylie quipped.

Jason and the Eagles returned to the Super Bowl in February 2023 and faced off against the Kansas City Chiefs. Travis, 35, is a tight end for the KC team, and the game was the first time that two siblings faced off in a Super Bowl.

The 2023 Super Bowl ended in the Chiefs’ favor, meaning Kylie — who was pregnant with daughter Bennett at the time — and kids Wyatt, now 5, and Ellie, now 3, did not greet their dad on their field.

The Chiefs went back to the Super Bowl in February 2024, also clinching a victory.  Jason and Kylie, meanwhile, attended the game in Las Vegas without their three daughters as they sat in a box with Travis’ girlfriend, Taylor Swift. For Super Bowl 2025 on Sunday, February 9, Kylie, now pregnant with baby No. 4, and Jason are expected to attend again.

Despite their rabid Eagles fandom, they are planning to specifically support the girls’ devoted uncle. In a previous episode of “Not Gonna Lie” last month, Kylie teased that her daughters will wear custom “Go Uncle Trav” T-shirts.
