Real Housewives of New Jersey alum Lauren Manzo reportedly finalized her divorce from Vito Scalia months ago.
Daily Mail reported on Wednesday, February 12, that they obtained court documents revealing that a judge signed off on Manzo and Scalia’s divorce in November 2024. The agreement states that the former couple will share joint legal custody of their 7-year-old daughter, Marchesa, and will reportedly “confer and consult with each other” with all matters of their child. (RHONJ alum Caroline Manzo’s house will act as the “exchange point” for Marchesa.)
The Daily Mail reported that Scalia will pay Manzo $1,000 in monthly child support and “a limited duration alimony” of $4,000 per month, for an apparent period of 27 months. Manzo also obtained ownership of their New Jersey home with everything inside except Scalia’s personal items. They both retained ownership of their own vehicles.
Manzo and Scalia got married in July 2015. They first sparked split rumors in 2017 when it appeared that Scalia wasn’t present on Manzo’s social media pages. She shut down any split speculation in 2019, calling themselves “perfect” in a Facebook post.

Breakup rumors started swirling again in 2023 and The Sun obtained divorce documents in October of that year, citing “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for their split. (The Daily Mail report from Wednesday claimed that Manzo and Scalia had completed a Marital Settlement Agreement, which was incorporated into their final divorce judgement.)

“By now you guys have seen the news that has broken,” Manzo said in an October 2023 Instagram video. “I just want to let you guys know we’re all good. This has been done for a very long time. The last part of the process was filing. We were on the same page. This is something that we did together.”

At the time, Manzo made it clear that her and Scalia’s main priority was their daughter.
“All that matters to us is that our daughter is happy and healthy,” she shared. “Our privacy is important to us. We haven’t been on TV in seven years, which is why we did not feel the need for some dramatic announcement. And we continue to move forward with love and respect for each other. And we will always be a family, and that’s it. It’s about our daughter and her privacy, because she didn’t ask to be on TV — we did.”
Scalia has since moved on with wellness coach Dominique Valenti. She has featured Scalia on her Instagram profile since August 2023.
