Oscar Duarte looks to maintain his climb up the light welterweight ranks with a victory tonight against Miguel Madueno in their 12-round main event at the Honda Center in Anaheim, California. Tonight’s event will be shown live on DAZN starting at 8:00 p.m. ET.

Duarte (28-2-1, 22 KOs) will be flying blind with this opponent, as Madueno (31-3, 28 KOs) is a late replacement after his original opponent, Regis Prograis, pulled out with an injury
The Golden Boy-promoted Duarte, 28, has won two fights since being knocked out by Ryan Garcia in 2023, but he hasn’t faced any big punchers since that disastrous defeat. Tonight, Duarte will be fighting a dangerous guy, Madueno, who pushed Keyshawn Davis to the edge last year. It wouldn’t be a surprise if Duarte gets knocked out again, but at least it would show his level.
