Tim Tszyu will be trying to keep his plummeting career afloat tonight against the ambitious, hungry Joey Spencer in the 10-round main event, with the event being shown beginning at 10 pm ET / 7 pm PT, live on PBC Championship Boxing on Prime Video. The event is taking place at the Newcastle Entertainment Centre in Newcastle, Australia.
It could be the end of the road for Tszyu if he loses tonight. He’s 0-2 in his last two bouts, and he appears ready for the junkyard with another loss. Spencer isn’t highly ranked at 154, but he’s got power in his right hand that could send Tszyu down to his third straight defeat.

Tim has chosen not to talk about what he’ll do if he loses tonight, but it won’t matter. He’ll be irrelevant to fans and be seen as invisible to them if he’s obliterated by the 24-year-old Spencer.
The former WBO 154-lb champ Tszyu (24-2, 17 KOs) has gone from being seen by some as the #1 fighter in the division to being viewed as a guy that was never good to begin with. In other words, many fans see Tszyu, 30, as just a fighter who was made to look good by careful matchmaking by his promoters.
When he finally did step up against genuine world-class talent, Sebastian Fundora and Bakhram Murtazaliev, he was soundly beaten.
