Former Disney Channel star Dan Benson is looking to make a career change after several years of sharing content on OnlyFans.

“I think I’m done,” Benson, 37, said in a since-deleted TikTok video, per multiple outlets. “When I made the decision to start an OnlyFans page, I thought I was doing it for the right reasons.”

Benson, well known for his role as Zeke Beakerman on Wizards of Waverly Place, noted that he launched his OnlyFans to earn money for his “elderly dog that needed a lot of financial help with his medical bills.” Additionally, Benson said he was “tired of being so poor and feeling like I was being taken advantage of.”

He continued: “I think after years of doing this, it’s starting to weigh on me and I’m going to pull away for a while and take some time to reflect. … I might go back to acting. I might just go and get a normal job and disappear – just be a normal person – I don’t really know.”

Benson went on to state that he hoped he can “remove some of the stuff that is already out there,” cautioning others interested in becoming OnlyFans creators to “be thoughtful.”

Benson’s OnlyFans page, which he launched in 2022, is still active as of Tuesday, February 4. He has also built a large social media following since his Disney Channel days, garnering over 101,000 followers on Instagram and over 258,000 followers on TikTok.

Benson made a handful of appearances on shows such as Phil of the Future and Zoey 101 before joining the cast of Wizards of Waverly Place. Dan Benson is not happy about being blocked on Instagram by former Wizards of Waverly Place costar David Henrie.  Benson, 37, posted a video via Instagram on Tuesday, October 29, that shaded Henrie, 35, for blocking him on X. The clip featured a photo of Benson fake-crying over a screenshot of a message from X […]

Henrie’s decision to block Benson came shortly after he and the Wizards Beyond Waverly Place cast participated in a BuzzFeed quiz where they were asked to select an original Wizards cast member to make an appearance on the reboot. Noticing Benson was among the options, Henrie seemingly referenced Benson’s OnlyFans career by stating, “I can’t believe you guys put one of these people on here. Millennials understand that.”

Benson, for his part, replied to a clip from the interview that circulated on X, writing, “David Henrie can suck my dick. I’ll pay him more than they paid me for Wizards I promise you that.”

Henrie exclusively told Us Weekly in June 2024 that he hoped “to have everyone [from the original series] back throughout the lifetime of the show,” adding, “If it’s up to me, as often as possible ’cause they’re just such a wonderful addition.”
